Password-recovery codes and MFA backup codes are separate. If MFA is enabled, password recovery still requires your authenticator or an unused MFA backup code. The support inbox cannot bypass this check.
A NOTE FROM THE GAME MASTER
Your gift pulls.
Checking gifts…
Make-good vouchers grant an extra ritual with the normal rarity odds. They do not use a daily window. Reserving a gift starts its ritual; interrupted rituals resume normally.
Your privacy.
We store your username, password and recovery-code hashes, discoveries, favorites, ritual history, support conversations you choose to send, gift history, and MFA settings when enabled. Authenticator secrets are encrypted; MFA backup codes are stored as hashes. A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in. Temporary hashed network identifiers limit abusive sign-in attempts. There are no advertising cookies. Account deletion requests can be made through Ritual Pixels; an automatic deletion tool is not yet available.
